Amy Chung, Ph.D. candidate in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division, has been awarded the 2009 Student Award for Outstanding Research by a Ph.D. Candidate from the Society for Biomaterials.
Johnson contributes to SMART Team

Jeff Johnson, professor in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division, is serving as the Students Modeling A Research Topic (SMART) Team mentor for the Edgewood Middle School SMART team in Madison.
Kwon receives recognition from the Journal of Controlled Release

Glen Kwon, professor in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division will be recognized at the 2008 American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists meeting in Atlanta, Ga. November 17-19 for his work as a corresponding author on a paper that will receive the "Journal of Controlled Release Highest Cited Original Research 2006 Award."
Tang receives funding for movement disorder research
